Brussels Sprout with Cream



Very simple, quick & healthy!

What you need (for 2 persons)
  • 500 gr Brussels Sprout
  • 3 Shallots, chopped
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 100 ml Vegetable Stock
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 100 gr Creme Fráiche
  • ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method:

  • Wash & clean the brussels sprouts, remove the dark green parts, then make a cross in every stalk of them.
  • Heat the butter and then add shallots & brussels sprouts, stir it well for 5 min.
  • add vegetable stock and salt, stir well and then covered the pot, let it cook for 12 min (use medium heat)
  • then add creme fráiche, season with ground nutmeg & parsley
  • serve it warm

hi salam kenal yah...aku rita di hong kong...aku seneng banget sama brussel sprouts...cakep and cuteee, enak lagi, tapi disini mahal jadi suka males beli...
